(Match 1) Andy Umney 3-1 Jordan Payne
The final game week started with a match between the Aces Andy Umney and Jordan Payne. It was young Payne who started with the darts but Umney broke his throw to gain the advantage, Umney held in the second to make it 2-0. Payne mustered a hold in the third but it was Umney who gained the win taking out the finishing double in the fourth leg to get the Aces off to a good start.
(Match 2) Mick Smith 0-3 Steve Marfleet
Up next was Railwaymen's Steve Marfleet looking to equalise for his team against Mick Smith. Marfleet started the game well breaking the throw to take the lead. Marfleet carried on his progression as he held in the second leg to make it two, Smith knew he needed a hold in this leg to stand any chance but Marfleet sealed the win in three to equalise for the Railwaymen.

(Match 3) Neil Bradley 0-3 Pete Bramley
In game three with the match all square Neil Bradley toed the oche for the Aces against "Perfect" Pete Bramley. Bramley had the darts and took full advantage taking the opener, "Perfect" then took the game up a gear on the Bradley throw and took out a 21 darter which put him one away from victory. Bramley finished off the match with his best yet an 18 dart leg to take a 3-0 win to put the Railwaymen in front for the first time.
(Match 4) Dave Belfitt 0-3 Martin Scott
With the Railwaymen on the front foot Martin Scott was hoping to add to the tally as he took on Dave Belfitt. Belfitt had the darts but Scott was the one who threw more consistent and after breaking the throw Scott held in the second leg to make it two. Once again it was Belfitt who threw first in the third leg but Scott completed the win with a 20 darter to make it 3-1 to the Railwaymen.
(Match 5) Ian Speed 3-1 Gav Pilling
Aces knew that in the final two matches they had to pull themselves together to avoid defeat next up for them was Ian Speed facing Gav Pilling who had a chance to win it for the Railwaymen. Pilling opened with a hold of throw to take the lead. Speed equalised soon after to make the game all square and then Speed seized control breaking Pilling in the third leg Speed then threw for the match where he finished off the job to win the game to force a last game decider.
(Match 6) Trevor Tye 3-0 Andy Bradbury
In the deciding game Andy Bradbury was finally looking to wrap it up for the Railwaymen a he took on Trevor Tye but Tye was the one who looked in control from the start after he held the throw in the opener he then broke Bradbury in the second leg which sent him on his way to complete the comeback for the Aces to rescue a 3-3 draw.

(Match 1) Charlie Stocks 2-3 Tim Close
We open with Charlie Stocks representing the champions facing Tim Close. Both players started with a hold of throw which made it one each then it was Stocks who found a breakthrough to go 2-1 up but Close stepped it up and took out the remaining two legs to grab victory to put the Academicals one up.

(Match 2) John Walton 3-0 Brad Clowery
Up next was former World Champion John 'Boy' Walton looking to equalise as he took on Brad Clowery. Walton wasted no time in taking the opening leg to get in front. Walton turned the screw in the second with a 17 darter against the throw which led him to throw for the match, John boy wrapped up the win with a brilliant maximum and a 13 dart finish ending on double 8 to equalise for the champions.
(Match 3) Jelger Tuinstra 3-1 Oli Newall
In the third game up with the scores level Oli Newall was up against Jelger Tuinstra, Jelger fired in a 20 dart leg against throw to open then continued in the same vain of form in the second leg as he held to make it 2-0. Newall kept himself in the gsm after holding in the third but it was Jelger's day as he finished off the match in four to put the Black Eagles in front.
(Match 4) Micky Stocks 3-0 Matt Royle
With the Black Eagles in front at the halfway point it was up to Academicals Matt Royle to even the score against Micky Stocks but Stocks was in fine form holding throw with an 18 dart leg to open, Royle threw in the second leg hoping to level but Stocks was too strong after breaking in the second, Stocks finished off his opponent in the third leg hitting a maximum and finishing in 16 darts to secure the win and made it 3-1 for his team.
(Match 5) Steve Briggs 2-3 Adam Warner
Steve Briggs and Adam Warner was up next in a close battle in match five. Briggs started well breaking throw in the first leg to put him in charge but it didn't last long as Warner broke straight back with a 21 darter to level the score. In the third leg this time Briggs fired in a 17 dart leg to make it three consecutive breaks of throw to surely give him the win but Warner brilliantly battled on to take out back to back legs to give himself a massive win in the deciding leg to force a last game shootout.

(Match 6) Pete Daffin 3-1 Ed McCosh
Academicals captain Ed McCosh was the final player on for his team this league season looking to rescue a draw as he took on "Super Daff's" Pete Daffin. Academicals captain kicked off with a break of throw to put another shock on the cards but "Super Daff's" kicked into gear breaking straight back with a 18 darter then holding his own throw for the first time finishing in 19 to put him 2-1 up. McCosh had the darts in the fourth leg to stay in the match but Daffin showed his class to finish off the night with a 15 dart leg to round of the league season and give the champions a 4-2 win.

Sausages 1-5 Panthers
Following up from that game was the Sausages versus the Panthers.
Panthers captain Ryan Goffin, John Schultz,Mick hulley got a solid victories in there games to give the Panthers a lead
Mick Wood over-came "Tiny" Marc Ellis in the dramatic last leg shootout to wrap up the win for the Panthers with two to spare.

In game five Steve Ewington managed to get a point on the board for the Sausages to reduce the arrears to 4-1
Then to finish off Claire Dunning completed the night for the Panthers by taking out Dawn Priestley by three legs to one to seal a 5-1 win for the Panthers team.

(Match 1) Lee Slack 0-3 Paul Meehan
The night didn't start well for the Wizards as they took on a man short Vulcans. Wizards captain Lee Slack started the night off against an in form Paul Meehan, Meehan had the darts and managed to hold with an 18 dart leg. Meehan looked relentless as he broke Slack in the second hitting a 17 to double his lead. Slack couldn't cope with Meehan's high scoring and he finished off the game hitting a 20 darter to get the Vulcans off to a good start.
(Match 2) Daz Bleur 3-2 Jim Smith
With the Wizards already on the back foot after the first game Daz Bleur took on Vulcans captain Jim Smith knowing a win will be crucial and he got off to a solid start taking the first leg on throw. Smith hit back straightaway to level up. In the third leg Bleur just kept plodding on and took out the third leg to put him one away from victory but the Vulcans captain wasn't going away as he once again equalised to force a decider but it was Bleur's night as he saved the best leg until last as he smashed home a 17 darter to secure the win to level up the match at one each.
(Match 3) Ben Chivers 1-3 Mick Swift
In game three Wizards Ben Chivers and Mick Swift went head to head, in the opening two legs went with the throw as Chivers registered a 180 along the way to equalising but then Swift took out a 20 darter followed by a 21 dart leg to grab the win to make it 2-1 to the Vulcans,
(Match 4) Ann Lofthouse 1-3 Mark Barnes
Mark Barnes was looking to at least rescue the draw for the Vulcans against Ann Lofthouse. It was Barnes who drew first blood hitting a 17 darter against the darts to kick off the match, Lofthouse replied with a break back but Barnes took out a 20 dart leg and then finished off Lofthouse in the fourth to put the Vulcans one away from victory.
(Match 5) Sie Simmons 3-0 Phil Lambert
In the fifth and last game of a short night between the two sides Phil Lambert was looking to win it for the man down Vulcans against Sie Simmons. Simmons set off like a train as he broke in the first leg to take the lead an he carried on in that vein for the rest of the match registering a maximum and then taking out a ton finish to take out Phil Lambert and rescued a draw for the Wizards.

(Match 1) John Edwards 3-1 Paul Brittle
We start the night with the Wolves captain John Edwards facing "The Undertaker" Paul Brittle, Brittle kicked off with the opening leg to put him in front but that's the best he could hope for as Edwards quickly levelled then broke "The Undertaker" in the third leg to make it 2-1 and throw for the match. Wolves captain Edwards finished off Brittle in the fourth leg to give his Wolves team the perfect start.

(Match 2) Chris Keane 3-0 Nicola Warne
The second game on was Nicola Warne hoping to equalise for the Warriors as she faced "The Blade" Chris Keane. "The Blade" opened with a hold to go one up. The turning point of the tie happened in the second leg when Warne had the darts but "The Blade" broke her throw and Cooly finished off the match in the third leg to make it two in two for the Wolves.
(Match 3) Chris Markham 3-2 Steve Newton
"Hero" Steve Newton was third up for the Warriors as he attempted to keep his team in with a shout against "Marksman" Chris Markham in a tightly fought game. "The Marksman" got off the mark taking out a 21 darter against the throw then managing a hold in the second to double his lead. When it all looked over "Hero" hit back with a hold in the third then managing to break Markham in the fourth leg to throw for the match after been down and out but Markham showed true grit as he took out a 118 finish in 21 darts to finally finish off his opponent to mask it three in three for the Wolves.
(Match 4) Jon Smethurst 3-0 Jodie Bruce
The Wolves were on fire by the time Jon Smethurst toed the oche against Jodie Bruce knowing that a win would secure his team the victory. Smethurst got to work as he took out the opening leg on throw. Bruce has the throw in the second leg but Smethurst battled on and broke her throw to find himself throwing for the match to which he did with confidence and vigour to give the Wolves their sixth win of the season with two still to play.
(Match 5) Simon Sawford 3-0 Angie Brittle
In the fifth game Angie Brittle faced an in form "James" Simon Sawford. Sawford set off with a 21 darter on throw to open his account. "James" followed that up with another 21 dart leg against the darts to put him in charge, Brittle was looking for a way back in the third leg but Sawford sealed the win in three to give the Wolves a chance of a whitewash.
(Match 6) Tom Sawford 3-0 Barry Brittle
In the final game of the regular league season Tom "Shooter" Sawford had the chance to record the Wolves first whitewash win as he faced Barry Brittle. "Shooter" kicked off with a hold of throw which put him in charge of the match following a break in the second leg they were only going to be one winner as "Shooter" finished off the night securing the 3-0 win which gave the Wolves there first ever whitewash in the final game of the season.
